For the past year Kelly has personal trained myself and my wife three times a week in a joint session. Prior to working with Kelly I thought I understood how gyms worked and how to get the best out of them - I didn’t!
The 3 sessions are split between Upper Body, Legs (!) and Full body. All sessions are fun, informative & motivational. Each week the sessions are individually planned following a progressive plan. Not once has a session been the same or boring.
The results are coming and physically I feel stronger and more agile. Mentally the sessions provide a solid platform for an upbeat attitude. I fully recommend Kelly if you are starting out, if you think you know what you are doing (you may not), or if you are a seasoned gym goer. Expertise and knowledge like this is invaluable at whatever point you are on your journey.
